Okay, before you roll your eyes or say that you forget to do this, remember that this is a super easy and important thing to do, because it helps you monitor any changes in your immediate breast health. The National Breast Cancer Foundation recommends that you do a self-exam once a month. You can do this while you’re taking a shower or even as you’re watching your favorite Netflix show!
2. Get Your Body Moving
According to Self.com, exercising at least three times a week will not only strengthen the muscles behind your breasts, but also reduce your risk of getting breast cancer.
3. What You Eat Counts
Although eating junk food is not linked to breast cancer, Breastcancer.org recommends eating healthy foods. This will provide you with the proper nutrition to help fight off breast cancer cells.

Why am I telling you this right after I talked about nutrition?! Because it’s true! According to Self.com, eating chocolate, especially dark chocolate, helps in destroying cancer cells. #WINNING!
